Note: By accessing or using MulAgents, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

1 Introduction

Welcome to MulAgents ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MulAgents platform, including all related services, APIs, and tools (collectively, the "Service").

These Terms apply to all users of the platform, including visitors, registered users, and paying subscribers.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or otherwise using the Service, you represent that:

  • You are at least 16 years of age
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
  • You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms
  • If acting on behalf of an organization, you have authority to bind that organization

3 Service Description

MulAgents is an AI platform that enables users to:

  • Create and configure single and multi-agent AI systems
  • Deploy agents with configurable guardrails and memory capabilities
  • Access advanced AI models including GPT-4o, GPT-5.x, Claude Sonnet, and Gemini
  • List and sell agents on the MulAgents Marketplace

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service with reasonable advance notice.

4 User Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
  • You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts to circumvent plan limits
  • We reserve the right to suspend accounts for violations of these Terms

5 Subscriptions & Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
  • Plan features and token limits are as described on our Pricing page
  • Unused tokens do not carry over between billing periods
  • Price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance
  • Refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy

6 Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not use the Service to:

  • Generate, distribute, or process illegal, harmful, or deceptive content
  • Build agents designed to deceive, defraud, or harm individuals
  • Circumvent safety controls, guardrails, or rate limits
  • Scrape, reverse-engineer, or extract proprietary platform code
  • Violate intellectual property rights of third parties
  • Conduct spam, phishing, or malware distribution campaigns
  • Process data of children under 16 years of age
Violation of acceptable use policies may result in immediate account termination without refund.

7 Intellectual Property

All platform code, designs, models, APIs, documentation, and brand assets are the exclusive intellectual property of MulAgents and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and international IP laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service solely for your own internal purposes as permitted by your subscription tier.

8 User Content

You retain ownership of all content, prompts, configurations, and workflows you create on the platform ("User Content").

By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your User Content solely to provide and improve the Service. We will not use your User Content to train our models without your explicit consent.

9 Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate and should not be relied upon without independent verification.

10 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MULAGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total amounts paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MulAgents, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the Service in violation of these Terms
  • Your User Content
  • Any misrepresentation made by you
  • Your violation of any third-party rights

12 Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion with or without notice for violations of these Terms, or if we believe your use poses a risk to other users or the platform.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections on Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law survive termination.

13 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.

14 Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
