This Refund Policy governs all payments made for MulAgents subscription plans. We are committed to being fair while protecting the integrity of the platform. Please read this policy carefully before subscribing.

Subscription Billing
- Plans are billed on a monthly basis
- Payments are processed via secure third-party providers
- By subscribing, you authorize recurring automatic billing
- Invoices are sent to the email associated with your account

Refund Eligibility
Eligible for Refund: Refunds may be granted if:
- You were charged incorrectly or duplicated
- The service was unavailable for a prolonged period (e.g., >24hrs)
- There was a technical failure preventing platform usage
Non-Refundable Cases. Refunds are generally not provided for: partial use of tokens, change of mind after usage, failure to cancel before renewal, or violations of our Terms of Service.

Trial & Evaluation
If a free trial or starter tier is available, users are encouraged to evaluate the platform thoroughly before upgrading to a paid plan.
Refunds after significant usage of a paid plan may be denied at our discretion.
